The SIONICS Weapon Systems 11.5” AR-15 Chrome Lined Barrel is machined from 41V50 Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel. It features a Medium Contour with a Carbine-Length Gas System and a .750″ Gas Seat Diameter. All SIONICS Barrels feature Hand Polished Feed Ramps and go through a rigorous QC process. Furthermore, every SIONICS barrel is Radiograph Inspected at an FAA Certified Laboratory. The 1/7 Twist Rate is great for an all around build. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 for use with any 5.56/.223 muzzle device. The barrel is Manganese Phosphate coated and Magnetic Particle Inspected. The SIONICS 11.5″ Chrome Lined AR-15 Barrel is great for a general purpose pistol or SBR. Lastly, the barrel comes Pre-Dimpled for easy installation of the Gas Block.

Port Options:

–  Standard Port – Great for Un-Suppressed or suppressed use

– Reduced Gas Port: Will run both suppressed and unsuppressed.

– Extreme Reduced Port – Great for SUPPRESSED ONLY use and will minimize gas blowback, felt recoil, wear and tear on internals and carbon buildup on internals. Pistol will ship with a rubber thread protector instead of an A2 flash hider in this configuration. *Will possibly run unsuppressed depending on ammo and tuning.*

– Reduced Gas Port: Will run both suppressed and unsuppressed.

– Silencer Dedicated Gas Port: Will ONLY run suppressed.
